this was carved from a section of a cypress tree cut from Ron Kay's Cicle K Ranch. the section is 18ft long, 8" thick by approxiamately 18" height.
The letters are 4" high. The circle k is covered with 23carat gold leaf. The whole thing is completely covered with high build, uv resistant, west system epoxy. I was able to use Ron's knife shop to build my own custom chisels from stainless steel which I still use these many years later. |
